How do I book an in-clinic or video consultation?

Go to the “Find Doctor” section, choose a doctor, select a time slot, and confirm the appointment. You can either pay online or choose Pay Later for both video and in-clinic consultations.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, rescheduling and cancellation are allowed until a few hours before the appointment. If payment has been made, refunds are processed within 3–4 working days.

How do I join a video consultation?

A “Join Call” button will appear 5 minutes before the scheduled time on your appointment card. If you get disconnected, the Join Call button with a shimmering effect will stay active so you can rejoin the call.

How do I access the chat with my doctor?

Chat is enabled 5 minutes before the video consultation begins. Post consultation, patients can continue to chat with the doctor for 30 days through the appointment chat window.

Where can I find my prescription after consultation?

Prescriptions are shared digitally after your consultation and are visible in both the appointment chat and the Medical Records section.
